  Ensure the saree or garment is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep through our trusted logistics partners within 48 hours.

  Refund or Exchange

  After the item passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your chosen exchange item immediately.
